Social Dance in Action
Our Social Dances are a great fun night of music and dance and provide everyone particularly the new students an excellent opportunity to practise there new moves. There is no need to bring a partner as everyone dances together and we always have well balanced numbers of guys & girls.

Join us for a great night of social dancing!
Live dance music from the Just José Band, including West Coast Swing and Lindyhop,and a little rock & roll, salsa and cha cha.
A light supper will be provided (by France’s Kitchen Café).
Cost:$25 per person, pay at the door.
Hello, I will be visiting Sydney in August to watch the Luna Park Championship (19-21 Aug). Do you hold social dances or intermediate/advanced classes on Friday nights? Kind regards Kim
Hi Kim,
Yes every Friday night 7pm we have a technique class with advanced groups and you are welcome to join, also there is a comp practice class straight after at 8pm.

My husband are are social ballroom/latin dancers. We will be in Sydney in September 2017 and would like to go dancing. We are will be relaying on public transportation so need places near “center city Sydney”. Could you steer in the right directions? Do you happen to have an updated calendar of dances for 2017, specifically September?

Hi Lauren,
Our Adult classes are held at the Randwick Literary Institute on the corner of Clovelly Rd. & Market St. in Randwick, and the bus stop is directly out side the building.
The bus to look for is the 339 and runs regularly from the city.
Tuesday night is our ballroom and Latin night and the classes start at 7pm.
Thursday night is our Salsa, Rock’n’Roll & Cha Cha Cha night and the classes start at 7:30pm.
They are fun classes and you are welcome to pop in and try them out.
