When planning for a competition, it is essential to prepare your body for endurance. Dance comps often require you to dance at your peak several times in quick succession and the fitter you are, the better you will perform.
Here are some top tips for competition endurance:
1. Do Zumba!
Create a routine of activities that will improve your fitness, flexibility and strength. Add activities like Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, cardio exercise and light weights to your regular routine to give you the edge in competition.
2. Eat well

Take time to warm up before every performance and stay warm in between.
4. Get plenty of rest
